Really Weird Problem

OK, My Fiance is a mpowered (Aliant Canada) customer. We are trying to do a cam chat. I she keeps telling me her IP is 66.119.33.135? I am 100% sure that her IP should start with a 142.something. We where doing a chat yesturday, she had the same 66 IP. I got her to send me a email and got her email from the email header. The IP was X-originating-ip: [142.177.218.75], and yes that was her real IP. So today I get her to email me again, but this time her orginating IP is X-originating-ip: [66.119.33.135]. I did alittle research and that IP is registered to a company called EXODUS.NET in the US?

Any Ideas? Could she have a virus or Trogan?

Is she running a proxy of some sort? Does she have a hardware proxy server that works only sometimes? When she runs winipcfg, or any IP ID tool on her own pc, what is the ip she gets?

She gets the internal network ip of 10.32.something
