Really small question (dont laugh ;-)

Hey guys, im new to forums, can you tell me how to make some of my words in bold, or itallic?? Thanks!

For bold, use square brackets where I'm using the curvy ones: {b}text{/b} and you get text

For italics, use an "i" in place of the "b."

101 posts and joined 2 weeks ago!? i've never much cared one way or the other about post count ,but here's a great argument for getting rid of it.
