Really old cartoon question

I've got a question about the old 30's and 40's cartoons.

Whenever there was a Public Serice -type announcement on those cartoons ("..a gorilla has escaped from the zoo...") the announcer would end the announcement with a word or phrase that sounded like "rackinrange".

Anybody have any idea what they were really saying?
