Really need your opinion on these two power supplies.

One is the Channel Well Technology 450W one with dual fans, one on the back and one right above the CPU. $64.59 shipped.

Or the Allied True 450W from Newegg with dual fans also, but the fans are positioned differently, one in the back, and one in the other end of the PSU. $58.88 shipped.

Please give me other options if you think I should tried other power supplies.

Here are my hardware:
-P4 1.6AGhz@2.24Ghz
-Epox 4G4A+
-Two Maxtor 40GB 7200rpm, 2mb buffer.
-One Maxtor 80GB 7200rpm, 2mb buffer.
-Two Samsung 512MB DDR PC2700.
-48x12x48 Liteon CDRW drive.
-16X DVDrom Liteon.
-ATI 8500LE 128MB @ 275Mhz.
-Santa Cruz.
-SMC Ethernet PCI.
-WinTV PC401 Stereo.
-Firewire card.
-V.92 soft modem.
-100MB zip drive.
-1.44Mb floppy.
-Two 8cm high speed fans in front.
-1 9cm fan at the back.
-One extra RAID card ATA133.

Right now I am using the HEC 350W with combined 3.3V and 5V is 180W. It is running fine but no hours long gaming yet. What do you guys think? Should I just leave it or buy a stronger PSU?

By the way, where can I buy one of those mid towers that Dell used on their systems? The one with the 12cm fan on the back.
Thanks for your time
