Really need help with RAM

Hey guys, I've got just about everything lined out for my upgrade (see sig) aside from the RAM.

I want to overclock my X2 3800+ to 2.4GHz but I want to make sure that I get RAM which would comfortably go along with this. I had considered OCZ Platinum but have heard that it OCs really poorly. I don't need to go overboard on the oc'ing of my RAM but, again, I would like it to go along w/ my x2 3800+. I want to get 2Gig (2 x 1gig) of at least PC3200.

DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D mobo.

Brand mentions: Crucial, Corsair, G.Skill, Patriot?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
