Really need help with IRQ's in win xp!

My video card freezes every now and then (yes I have all the latest drivers) After looking at my IRQ listing, everying is on 9!
Heres the list:
Microsoft ACPI- Compliant System
Video card
Via Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller
Via Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller
modem
Sound card
OHCI Compliant IEEE 1394 Host Controller
Promise Technology Ultra IDE Controller

All of those are sharing IRQ 9, and I thought that video was supposed to be on 11, there is no 11, which means it isn't being used I quess. So what do I do, how do I put it on its own IRQ? Thanks
