REALLY MS Support? REALLY? Rant

Mini Rant...

I have to upload 7 gb's of log files (zipped and broken into 250 mb files) to MS's support site...for a grand total of 26 of them.

Their support site offers three modes (regular, express, and resume)...two of the three are broken and can't find files...which leaves good old regular method of uploading files via the web...

But...not to be done just yet...you can only upload a file at a time, no queuing or selecting multiple files at once...each file takes about 35 minutes to upload from home on my current 1Mbps upload speed.

EDIT: I also just noticed that it strips out functionality if you aren't using IE to connect...some menus don't even show up in FF.

FML!

Curious... What caused that?

Must be almost constant errors of some sort to generate logs that size in less than an hour. Like 1000s of errors a minute 😱 I'd consider any system in that condition to be totally and completely borked unless its just some stupid software conflict.

PSSDIAG tool preconfigured by MS to capture all transactions / errors on a Biztalk server to diagnose an issue...the thing generates when running 2 gb logs every minute!

Odds are at that rate it is generating the same error over and over again. You probably only need to upload a few of those log files.
