Really hot power supply

I have a antec tru power 430 in my system, and it seems to run really warm. Its to the point where i put my hand on the top of my case and i can feel significant warmth over where the psu is. This causes my case temps to be really high (39ish C). The room is a little one the warm side (probally around 78F-80F), and it is under a desk. I do have pretty good ventilation, 2 in bottom front, 1 out, 1 slot fan. Is this kind of heat from the power supply normal? Is there anyway to up the psu fan speeds to cool the psu a lil better?

Antec TruPowers shouldn't be running that hot, given the adjustable fan speed.
Check first to see that both fans are running properly.

Both fans are running, but it feels like the inside fan is blowing back into the case. The fan monitor says the the psu fan runs at a constant 2k rpm.

Probably you're just feeling backpressure from placing your hand near the fan.
If you're rear exhaust fan is near the bottom psu fan, try turniong it off. Those two fans will fight each other, creating turbulence and noise, as well as hindering cooling.
If you don't notice anything that way, definitely contact Antec about nominal temperatures, and, if it is in fact running hot, warranty repair or replacement.

I have that same PS in a 1080 and mine is not hot to the touch at all. My case temp is usually around 30C. What case are you using with that PS?

That should be a pretty good case. You mentioned in your post that you have two intake and only one exhaust in your case - I would rather have two exhaust and one intake as it is more important to vent the hot air out (IMO). I have two intake and three exhaust and my temps stay around 30C. If you want to be sure that the air flow in that PS is proper take a little sliver of paper (small but not too small as to get sucked into the PS) and hold the edge of it up to the fan - the paper will tell you if the fan is blowing in the correct direction. Hope this helps.
