Sometimes sequels are worth watching. I was watching Ass Worship 8 and it was every bit as good as Ass Worship 1

Barely Legal was getting tiresome around #100, but thats a discussion for the Babe Thread.

According to CDUniverse they are up to 119, and that doesnt include all the side ones like Barely Legal... In the City, etc.

They made a huge improvement to the lead actress at least 😛

But that Wormald dude looks like a clown in comparison to Bacon 😛

So what's next, a Star Wars remake?

...Again?

George Lucas owns all Star Wars rights, not Fox. If anything gets made its under his direct supervision, and we all know how that turns out.

I think he should licence out rights to make one movie at a time to other big directors like Micheal Bay and JJ Abrams. We know they could do it right.

No, fuck that, QUENTIN TARANTINO!
:awe:

That bastard would make a Star Wars to keep you awake at night!

Still pissed about the Total Recall remake. Just leave classic shit alone.

If they remake Goonies, I'm hunting the new cast down.

julianne hough is so hot

In a year in which Hollywood is literally making a film adaptation of the board game Battleship, I find it hard to muster much outrage over this remake.

Better than Angry Birds : The Movie I suppose.

I don't understand Angry Birds; I kept hearing about it everywhere, then I finally tried it on Friday and it's just another one of those "knock shit down with a catapulted object" games. Whoop-dee-doo.

I've heard equally stupid argument before. Did you know some dumb ass thought cutting penises makes people less likely to jerk off? Clearly that didn't work. I'm jerking off at work right now as I'm typing this. That's how much it didn't work.

Then there was also that "just say no" campaign with drugs. We all know how well that works.

Then there was "just say no" to sex. That didn't work.

Then it changed to "no means no" and that didn't work.

Now they say you're supposed to yell "fire" instead of "rape" and I'm guessing that doesn't work. If you yell fire, I'm running the hell away. I don't want to die.

So you work in upper management? :awe:

I don't mind the idea of remaking Total Recall. the original is a bit campy and stupid (not that there's anything wrong with that). Being a P K Dick story, it deserves more serious treatment.

You know, rather see it more like Bladerunner.

it's the first "knock shit down with a catapult game" that people who never have played such games, played.

that, and it's really appealing to kids. parents with iPhones embraced it en masse as an effective Nanny service.

99% chance the remake will suck. Total Recall is one of those cheesy movies where it's so terrible that it's awesome. The remake will probably try to be "realistic" and end up looking really stupid. It will also remove the ambiguous ending.

They are also remaking The Thing.

no, it's a prequel.

It is about the Norwegian team that showed up prior to the Kurt Russell team (this is Carpenter's remake of The Thing, which I assume you think is an original?), and to which Russell's team was sent to investigate.
