Dont say I didnt warn you.

We couldnt afford to do any really advertising, so we just passed flyers around town. Needless to say it did not turn out well. And it rained besides.
Most of the cars were a joke. We had a fucking Scion hatchback enter.
I cried a little. This was supposed to benefit the Wounded Warrior project. I think it cost us more to set up than we took in.
The sky blue mustang is supposedly a 66, at least thats what I was told.
It was going to be a raffle prize, at $25 a ticket. We took in so little money the old guy decided to not give it away. It would have made more if we just sold it to a vintage dealer and just donated that money.
So we refunded all the tickets and didnt bother.

Overall, a bad experience. But at least I got some pics out of it.
No babes, sorry. We couldnt afford them, and they would have complained about the rain anyhow.
Also, you cant tell from my shitty camera work, but it was actually quite dark and cloudy even when it wasnt raining. And cold. Not a good day for any outdoor activity.

lol, that sucks. It's funny how I see better cars parked outside of my apartment here though. :)

Well, the sign says "Tickets $25 Each of 5 for $100", where that should probably be "or".

Sucks dude, at least you tried.

Did you think about promoting on Facebook? Get all your friends to sign up as "attending" the event on FB, maybe spend a few bucks on ads? You can target the ads to location, age and keywords in the person's profile. It would probably be very cheap to target that group of people.

But yeah, there are better cars in my work parking garage. Then again, South FL != Manassas
