Really Confused on Motherboard Selection

OK - Here are the boards I have been tossing around the last 2 days
-ASUS P5N32-SLI Premium
-ASUS P5B Deluxe
-Abit AW9D-MAX
-Intel 975XBX2KR

I know each has its pros and cons, but here are the other components I selected:
Intel C2D E6400
OCZ Platinum Rev2 2GB RAM
XFX GeForce 8800GTS GPU

I figured by getting a high end video card that I will most likely not need SLI. The only card I will be adding in (if I don't get the P5N32) is my Linksys WiFi (WMP54G). Also, with the differences in Chipsets, nvidia versus P965 versus 975X, I am TOTALLY confused! HELP PLEASE?
 
What about the P5N-E SLI? I was looking at the P5B-D but it looks like everyone is having lots of problems with that board just do a search. I may go with the P5N-SLI
 
Yea I dunno why the P5B-D is getting this bad rap l8ly but seems there are still some issues, they do seem to set records and are eps 12v..

P5N-E SLI may be the one, I'd like to use a 965 but they still don't seem to play nice with micron d9 (see sig)
