Really cheap FlexATX boards?

Can anybody reccomend a good cheap FlexATX board for me? I recently picked up this leet caseand I'd like to find a good motherboard to put in it. I've searched eBay, but the only board really present there is a Gateway, which there seems to be a lot of. The prices are too high. Onboard sound/VGA/NIC are plusses, so I don't have to go and find half-height cards. I don't want to drop very much on the project, so if things start getting too pricey I'll just continue with my plan to sell the case.
