Really bright Cold Cathode lights?

I picked a few up at my local computer store(neon green) and theyre not nearly as bright as id like. Can anyone give me a recomendation on where to get really high quality bright case cathodes? Its not like I cant find a billion online vendors to get them from, but I want to make sure theyre what I need. Oh and I have an Antec 1080 case, so around 13" would be great.
