Really addictive typing game!

I started out at about 8 seconds, my record is down to 2.9666...

It's really hard to quit when you get stuck on one letter and you know it's slowing you down by 1+ seconds.

 
6.87 first try - i can improve this a lot now that i know how it works.
up to 5.18, damn, how did you get 2.9? I should be able to bust into the 4 seconds pretty easily, but less than 3?


4.532 when i tured the music off - it really helps without those damned noises.

down to 4.015 - it gets a lot easier as you practice.
 
I just made myself memorize the pattern of the keyboard. I focus on the board and listen to the sounds for mistakes, that way I don't have to look at the screen. After that, I just played for a while and finally had that one perfect run with no mistakes and got below 3. I took a screenshot at work, but we have macs and they take .pdf screenshots for some reason and I can't host it. I guess I could take a screen shot here of the .pdf and then post the .jpg somehere. I might do that later...but first I'm going to see how long the xbox 360 lines are around here and laugh at the people 🙂

12.937! nubs. I didn't think it started because there wasn't any animation, then it caught up. Cost me about 5 seconds. 🙁
 
you're welcome 🙂 I'm off to try and score an xbox 360...i love spur of the moment decisions that I know are bad ones 🙂
 
well...just got back from going to about 10 different places to find an xbox 360...no luck. Can you believe that the only place in the immediate vicinity (walking distance of students) of Ohio State University got 12 xboxs? WTF?

I'm decent at typing but on a lappy. Got 6.149 on about 10 tries. That's enough for tonight.

What's that old typing test about a quick brown fox? 😛
