reallocated sector count failed...

one of the hard drives on my computer is having this problem. Can I ignore the message or is failure very likely to happen? :\

It doesn't necessarily mean that the drive is done for, but unless the reallocated sector count stays constant for a good long while rather than growing, I would start moving any irreplaceable data off. Don't be that guy paying $2,000 to get two pictures back.
