Realllly low AR wu's (SETI)

I was just browsing my setilog.csv and sorted them by Angle Range.

0.010
0.007
0.006
0.004

What the....?

I didn't know they went this low!

They go all the way to 0.000. I know because I have six of them in my setilog.csv files.
