Reality check needed

I built a new rig about a month ago. For the most part, the thing screams. Important stats:

Athlon 64 3200+
ASUS K8V SE Deluxe
1 GB PC3200 RAM
2x 10,000 RPM WD HD RAID 0
Radeon Pro 9800

The system gets 5856 on 3DMark03, stock. With the Radeon Pro 9800 overclocked, it gets 6628. Are these good numbers?

Is it worth overclocking anything else in the system (I can mostly play around with CPU mhz, memory timings and voltages). I'm hesitant to try overclocking anything else, for fear that it'd cause instability and wreck the RAID. The Radeon OC seemed like a "safe" overclock. Am I right in thinking this?

those scores seem to be quite accurate

OCing the CPU should not cause any instability if you do it properly i.e. run prime for 24 hours to check for stability
