I'm asking about the $30 program . . . not the freebie. Is it any good? Compare to Winamp and the latest MP7 set at 160 Kbps.

I guess no one knows . . . we only use free software, right? 🙂

RJB 8+ works. I use it at 192 Kbps, and it gives me what to my ears is CD quality at that setting. It seems to do what it's supposed to do, I don't have any real complaints with it, I haven't bought any of the others and wouldn't recommend buying the one I've got unless you want to store your audio in high quality.

Thanks, Homer! That's exactly what I want to do . . . store ripped music and converted (A to D) music for later burning to CDR. Your comment confirms other's feelings who have bought and use this program.

I have Winamp and the latest MP7, but am always looking for serious quality . . . not that MP3 stuff (for kids.) 🙂
