real world...arrests

Okay, so far be it from me to watch, much less post about the not-"Real"-at-all World....but I was bored and had nothing to do after work today.

So apparently two of these "characters" got arrested in two seperate occaisions, both of what seemed to be complete BS.

Did anyone see this episode? One girl gets arrested (charged with battery) for giving some wise-a$$ a charlie-horse. The other for....being drunk and cussing basically. Maybe the cops were trying to be a little too strict with enforcement since they were on camera? ....really, I think mosts cops would have just shrugged off the girl's "punch" and just told the other guy to go home and leave it at that (even if he did mutter about something being "f******* BS" while he walked away).

I dunno.....sorry....this post is worthless. 😛

I saw that episode too, I think Brad should have gotten arrested, he was being way out of order, cussing at the cops and everyone else. I dunno about the girl though, that was questionable. Plus the amount of bond that was put up for it being so minor was insane, so maybe that was unnecessary after all.

the girl shouldn't have hit the guy. its assault. If he would have hit her you can bet she would have done the same thing.

but i do agree that the cops were just trying to be badass's heh.

what we all thought was so funny was the fact that robin (the girl) was acting all tough and whatever...especially that whole "i have to protect the little underaged roommate"...but when she gets arrested she's sitting in the car crying "i wanna go home!!".

all of us started laughing hysterically when she started crying. heheheheh.

I thought it was kind of lame that they got arrested. I don't really care for Real World and all, but I'd be annoyed if I were on the show, everybody was making fun of me for it, and the cops there were basically letting everyone but the cast off the hook.

smokinggun has the police report for the marine who filed the battery case.

if i was the guy, would've shrugged it off. didnt look like that hard of a punch. but oh well.

It was not the punch that got her arrested. It was what they didn't air. What really happened was that she went back to try to talk to the marine (something about the fact that she could get sued so the crew had her go back)... and he shrugged her off. She in turn scratched him in the neck. That's when he called the cops. That's why they asked about scratching and never the punch. For some reason, MTV never aired that part.

And for those who don't know - there will be a rape later on... neither "participant" lives in the house... just friends with one/two of them. They sent the housemates to Mexico so the police can do an investigation at the house. All this was taped around November 2003 and there's still no verdict on that now.

I think this is an interesting season (haven't seen one for real since Puck in SF about 7(?) seasons ago). And besides... the asian chick is HOT. I've said it before... that pic doesn't even do her justice. She's got such a nice tight package. 😉

i saw this episode to... not sure about the women but arresting the guy was lame... yeah he was piss drunk yelling... but they didnt do $hit to the other people provoking it. Guess the cameras made the cops all hardasses.

oh as for the asian girl on the show... i find her annoying!!! luckily she doesnt get much screentime! shes very cute but she basicly looks like every other cute asian girl you see at a mall.
