Every now and then you come across a show episode involving guests and dialogue that really stand out. I felt last night's episode was one of these, and deserved a nod here, in particular pretty much everything Ronan Farrow said. Whole episode is worth a watch, but the portion I'm referring to is:
The receding levels of American involvement in diplomacy and trade aside, my main issue is that America still isn't taking China seriously enough, which is shooting ourselves in the foot. Now Dump is shooting at the other foot, asking for something in a larger caliber that shoots faster. Hell of thing to deal with while China's toxic and aggressive nationalism is on the march, making a show of preparing for offensive war.
