Real-time System Resource Monitoring

Hey guys,

I am trying to find a small program that will monitor my system resources (this part is easy), and also alert me when system usage reaches a certain level. I have found tons of system resources but none that has the alert feature that I desperately need. Does anyone have such a program in mind?

What kind of alerts are you looking for? Visual? E-mail?

Samurize (www.samurize.com) bases a great deal of its information from the performance meters built into Windows 2K/XP/2K3. If you are interested in visual alerting, Samurize offers the best infrastructure by far. It will take some effort to layout everything you want.
