The HTT link is not the Memory Bus. The internal clock generator (in the CPU) runs at 200MHz, and everything else keys off of that by multipliers. HTT is 5x200, the RAM controller for PC-3200 will run 1x200 (DDR), etc.

but the nice thing about A64's is that they are not bandwidth dependent as perse the p4's so if you had to run a divider such as 5:6, you won't see a significant performance hit
