Would the 1000mhz Hypertransport bus on socket 939 A64s sync with my PC-3200 Corsair ram in dual-channel set-up?

The HTT link is not the Memory Bus. The internal clock generator (in the CPU) runs at 200MHz, and everything else keys off of that by multipliers. HTT is 5x200, the RAM controller for PC-3200 will run 1x200 (DDR), etc.

in other words... YES!

:)

but the nice thing about A64's is that they are not bandwidth dependent as perse the p4's so if you had to run a divider such as 5:6, you won't see a significant performance hit
