Real price paid out of pocket of the $10 add a line?

Hey guys. Not sure if this is the right forum but I have something I've wondering about. I know there's a bunch of fees and stuff tacked onto a cell phone plane.

With my carrier (VZ) there's a $10 add a line option for non-smartphones. In such a case how much more am I actually paying a month if I add a line? Is it $10 or more?

They differ slightly per state (you can look at your current bill breakdown for an estimate of those fees)
