"real port" USB 2.0 PCMCIA card?

I'm looking for a USB 2.0 PCMCIA card for my laptop. These are easy to find but the cards usually stick out of the side of the laptop. I want one similar to those Xircom Real Port PCMCIA cards (if anyone remembers those). The Real Port cards don't stick out of the side of the laptop at all.

I don't care if the PCMCIA card ends up taking both slots.

Anyone know if such a thing exists?
