Real Pain ...can't view content

Yeah I know how much everyone hates Real, but why is it that, although I do not have their realone pass or the cnn pass, I can view video content on one of my boxes and not the other? I get the message that the content can only be viewed with the realone superpa$$ or the CNN Newspa$$. Same version, same configuration, same approximate install date. Why is this? My box at home lets me watch the videos without a problem. The box at work doesn't.

Are there any alternatives to Real player that work on the CNN site?
 
Now, i havent used real anything in a while, but once its installed ITS ALWAYS THERE. even if you uninstall it, its still in your system, somewhere. So, this might be what your experiancing.
