Real. Slight cracks visible in (enamel?) paint just above hind leg. The grooves in the ear that Calin pointed out would be easy to do in a renderer (just slap on a height map), but that imperfection in the paint would take some work.

Yes, the grooves are possible to be done (even quite easy), the model can even include them (they are quite linear, no sudden changes). However, to include them would be some kind of paranoic behaviour from the creator. Too much a perfectionist.
I haven't seen the cracks though

this is stupid.. you can easily render this to look indistinguishable from the real thing..
