No see, theres really a giant electromagnet in the floor that also works on rubber tires, and thats how it's all just floating. Yeah.

Real. There's an artist named Paul Veroude that does stuff like this, he suspended a Honda F1 last I heard....and hid the wires very nicely with special lighting effects I think....

I'll see if I can find a link.
