REAL OR CHOPPED?

are you dumb? that's definitely chopped. The face cannot be that anatomically messed up and judging by their lame rave outfit + pacifiers, girl with that freakshow of a face woldn't be hanging out in such night scene.

I've seen a guy that had a similarly shaped head... with the sides kind of caved in. Apparently it was because of some medication.
