I downloaded some music recently (a full album zipped) and inside it was real media format, how does this compare to mp3?

Ok, I got ONE thing to say about Real Player.

I hate it with a passion, YES, the player is bloated, and an annoyance to use.

BUT, I installed it for ONE site that I go to that has ALL Real Video files, which totally sucks. But I took it out of EVERY file association except for "Real" files, made sure it NEVER calls home, took it out of startup, and have it NEVER check for updates.

And you know what, I don't even mind it. It's really nothing to me know.

I did the exact same thing when I installed Real One Player so that I could listen to the Essential Mix on the BBC's Radio 1, RM is all they have.

I never really cared for the quality of real audio/video that I have seen. Rather have mp3 or WMA.
