real estate..title information

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to prepare for a tax sale (where you can buy properties
where people haven't paid their tax for like 5+ years?)

I'm really new to the real estate stuff and don't have much idea how
things work (I'm more into the financial market).

Does anyone know of any good places to get low cost title information
in the Southern California area (San Bernardino) area?

Thanks

If you want title insurance you pay for that at a title company. If you want to obtain last deed of record and a copy of any liens on the property you can go to the county or city involved and obtain a copy for a minimal fee (usually, cali is wacky at time so this may not be possible down there).

Good luck with the tax sale, usually lawyers are the first to gobble those properties up.
