ballpark figure is fine. The warehouse needs to be approx. the length of 3/4 of a football field and half the width. Height would be about 3 stories.

Location... say somewhere in the 'burbs of downstate NY... not the city.

Please provide cost to purchase/lease an existing one of that size or cost to build one.

Depends on how nice you want it to look. Simple metal sided is cheapest. Also how much landscaping, paving, etc. outside. That $50 a square foot (SF) can easily become $75-$125 a SF. Plus this is the east coast near NYC!

The actual building shell is fairly cheap, maybe $10-15 a SF, but then you need to pay for all utilities to get installed (electric, gas, sprinklers, etc.) plus concrete, furnishings, etc.
