I got an e-mail today with a link to a site selling Real.com System Mechanic:

Two questions: Are these types of programs useful/ worth it. Will they really speed up my internet.

Second question: If yes, is this program any good? Alternatively,are there other similar utilities that you would recommend? (ok maybe that was three questions.) Free would be good.
