Well we all know that you're homosexual, you've driven that particular point in with a sledgehammer, over and over again.

If you can't even reply to posts without giving up and posting "yawn", then it's no bloody wonder that normal people (straight or gay) loathe your militant type.

Heh..I don't think he liked that one.

if I don't respond to something, it's only because the comments are too difficult to reply to without making myself look like a gay-banner-waving moron.

Fixed.

Or you found out that *shock* I'm not being prejudiced against you?

I don't know how many times I can say it.

You want separate laws for same-sex and opposite-sex couples. That = illegitimate prejudice.

No I don't. I keep saying over and over that the rights should be equal.

As for laws, I don't think there needs to be a distinction between a civil union or marriage as far as the government benefits and such. There shouldn't be need for that...though I am not extremely well versed in the laws that govern all of that so maybe there will need to be separate (but equal) laws to cover certain things.

You're not very good at this, are you?
People dislike militant homosexuals because of your attitude. You're perfectly ready and happy to bash anyone who has a slight difference of opinion when it comes to gay rights, but as soon as someone provides an opinion that you just can't deal with without your "arguments" coming crashing down around your ears, you switch off.

No wonder people don't take you seriously.

....what's the matter...no answer for that? Haven't come up with a way to turn that into me saying I hate gays?

First off I want a link to the thread where someone said there were no gay cowboys.

Secondly, the 2 partners in the story should have been well aware that OK is not a gay friendly state, they should have had all their t's crossed & i's dotted. They should have been well aware that the judges in OK would not have been willing to make law, they leave it up to the legislators, judges just interpret the law.

What happened is certainly unfortunate, but the errors of logic are just life in general, when the 2 chose an alternate lifestlye, they should have taken the time to protect themselves, they were obviously capable of doing so.
