I didn't like a lot of things about RR (nor Clinton), however this is his due, and I have been silent voicing my thoughts regarding his administration. I may be a gadfly, but this is not the time to spread crap.

I think in private is different, but in media type places and AF1, I thought they weren't supposed to be in the same place, but I'm no authority and obviously this isn't a rule since they are in the same place

I think the Secretary of State or something is the next in command. I don't know if that person is there.

Secretary of State is not next. Speaker of the House is. Powell is fourth in line.
