In terms of a performance perspective, it is important to note that the results will vary and testing such is feature is actually very difficult due to these factors. There are two things to keep in mind here that are very important and play a key role. Overall performance will depend on not only the PC components you choose to run Vista, but also the performance of the flash drive that will be used with ReadyBoost.

I had an extra 1 gig USB drive so I figured I'd use readyboos justt for the hell of it.

I don't notice too much difference, but I have 4gigs of RAM in this box to start with.
