Ready for the Athlon XP Upgrade?

Ok, I want to upgrade my computer for a Athlon XP 1500 and I want to know if I'm ready. Now, I have a P3B-F, but I'll buy a ECS K7S5A and I'll download the latest bios upgrade. I have a power supply Enermax 300 Watts, but with only one fan. Also, my case is only about 35 cm high. Pretty small for a case!
With my case and my power supply, do you think I can put a Athlon XP 1500 and a ECS K7S5A without any problem?

The K7S5A/XP combo works out fine, but I've heard about some random USB and integrated NIC conflicts. If you need more info on it I suggeste you back up about a week in the forum when [the second] big K7S5A/XP string was running...
