Reading webmd.com's forums is depressing

i dunno, i have ocd and i was just checking out their panic disorder forum and its really depressing. its all these people posting about how they have panic attacks 24/7 and how they dont know if they should take the medicine or not.

it's just so depressing lol.

i really dont want to take any medication for my anxiety/ocd, but i'm thinking i'm going to need to

yup, well i'm manic depressive...... and reading their forum ended up making me even more depressed.....
