Reading this Compactflash/CFast microSATA to USB

Im trying to read this CompactFlash/Cfast card but Im not sure what adapter to get.

As you can see, it seems like it is micro SATA (microSATA, not mSATA) and I just wanted to make sure what I am looking for.

FWIW Compact Flash looks like this:

Since your card has two separate blocks of connectors, it is Cfast. A standard Compact Flash reader will not work for you. I went to Newegg and searched for "Cfast" and the first link is a $43 Cfast reader by Addonics

I didn't even know what Cfast was until I saw this post and searched on Google and Newegg. It does look like Cfast is basically a SATA device with a different shaped connector. Adapter boards exist that appear to just reroute the pins between the two connectors:
