reading temp of tbird?

I have a slota TBird, how can I get a temp. reading for it? Do I need to buy some sort of a sensor? If so, where? My K7M has one for the motherboard, which is alright, but since I'm overclocking now I'd like to know what temp my CPU is actually running at.
