Reading quicken files without quicken?

My grandmother gave my parents a quicken disk, i believe the file ends in .qb1 as typical computer illiterate parents, they assume it should immediately on their pc (they don't own quicken), and if it doesn't that I should be able to make it work ASAP. Can anyone offer some help? The option of having the disk re-saved from the original pc is not an option. the file needs to be read before 7am tomorrow morning. (dont ask)
