Please explain in some detail so I understand what to buy I have a 2500+ 333(FSB 166x2) barton maybe upgrading to a 3000+ 400fsb (FSB 200x2) I'm going to get pc3200 memory 512x2 matched DDR memory.

My mother board = Gigabyte GA-7N400 Pro2
nForce2 Ultra400 chipset

Memory
Type:Dual Channel DDR400/ 333/ 266- 184pin

Max capacity: Up to 3GB by 4 DIMM slots

maybe XMS3200 Corsair TWINX1024-3200LLPRO cas2 2-3-2-6 spec's from http://www.corsairmemory.com/corsair/xms.html#twinx please tell me if there is better memory then this that is faster anything over pc3200 is over kill for my machine because I won't be able to use it's potential. so if I can find what is better by reading these's numbers I might be able to find some memory cheaper that is just as good as the above 2-3-2-6

CAS2 6-3-3 1T@PC3200 GeIL Golden Dragon Dual DDR 1GB (2x512MB) 433MHz 5ns Dual Channel SPD Enhanced PC-3200 DDR 1GB $223

Memory timings refer to the memory's latency, so no matter what, lower numbers mean faster memory.
