read-only plugin for windows that lets you read linux file system?

I remember seeing this somewhere.......does anybody have the link to the site that had this? I'm hoping it will work in win2k and not just win98 cause I only have win2k and linux installed right now and I need to retrieve some stuff off of a damaged linux install (some personal files and stuff). Any help would be great.
