Bionic has a better GPU and any Qualcomm or Tegra devices. The only GPUs that beat the Bionic's GPU on the market are in the iPad 2 and in the SGS2.

Real world is that Tegra devices have the most games. A SGX540 is plenty power enough if you are willing to install ChainFire3D to get around that.
