Reaction emoji/doodads

Not to mention, they decided to upgrade at like 4pm EST and it took HOURS to do. Smart move on an already dying forum.
 
I'm pleased to have a quizzical face again.

**LOOKS LIKE WE HAVE a server error when we include certain new emojis. I couldn't insert the quizzical emoji into this post. 🙁
