I don't know, according to the overwhelming reviews in 3 days on Steam and all over the web, THIS might be the BEST game of all time..

http://store.steampowered.com/app/391540/

At first I thought it was some sort of elaborate hoax, but...the love for this is crazy.

Check this out:

  • Minimum:
    • OS: Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, or 10
    • Memory: 2 GB RAM
    • Graphics: 128MB
    • Hard Drive: 200 MB available space

  • Recommended:
    • OS: Windows XP, Vista, 7, or 10
    • Processor: 2GHz+
    • Memory: 3 GB RAM
    • Graphics: 512MB
    • Hard Drive: 200 MB available space

Windows 8 is not recommended? Hahaha Windows 8 the red headed stepchild of the Windows family.

Best game of all time? N64's Goldeneye has that title. :colbert:

Next would have to be N64's PerfectDark.

I never liked this game, or pretty much any N64 game. I guess I'm a horrible person. :D

Nope, Goldeneye was the best local multiplayer game, best ever would still be Final Fantasy 7.
I guess for people that hadn't already played LAN matches of Doom and Descent, Goldeneye was fun. I tried to like Goldeneye, but between the funky, inferior controls and getting the equivalent of a 5" screen...
And FFVII was great. It is no longer great. FFVI is still great, though.

Doom on a LAN was high end stuff. I remember using a null modem cable connecting two machines, and it was literally the best experience ever. That was like living in Tomorrowland.

He is not alone. I have no idea what the OP is talking about either.

Mario 64 for the Nintendo 64. One of the most influential video games ever made, probably on par with the original Super Mario Bros. It pretty much established the formula for 3D platformers.

As for GoldenEye, I think it was more notable for its multiplayer. Though it did lay the groundwork for FPS games on console.
