What is the best software I can use (free possibly) to repartition my PC? I'm currently running on WinXP 64-bit, but i want a second partition w/o having to reformat.

Partition Magic.

Edit: Just be very careful and make sure you have backed up any data you don't want o lose, just in case something gets hosed during the whole process.

Ditto Notfred.... partition magic is really great for that kind of thing. You can create partitions, resize existing partitions, etc very easily. I haven't used it extensively but I have used it on several occasions and I have never had a single problem with it.

I use qtparted. It is a free Partition Magic clone for Linux. You can use it by booting with the Linux System Rescue CD and running the command 'run_qtparted'. If you don't like going through that hassle then like the others suggested, just go with Partition Magic.
