Re-partation software

I have a 30 something gig hd that in not being fully seen, I have it set up in a single partation and am losing like 10 gigs or so. If I were to split into 2 or more pratations, would I get that space back? I'm runnig windows ME with an asus p3bf mobo. I have been trying to find paration mjic but it dose not seem to be sold anymore. are there ary otrher programs I could use? I dont want to lose any data, or have to reinstall everything. Are there other on the fly repartation proframs out there?

In order to repartate your hard drive, you can use Fdisk or Partition Quest's "Partition Magic".
