I bought this card in mid January when it was $115, but now it's at $82 shipped!
Here is the description on my order form:
VGA ATI|RADEON 32M DDR 4X AGP 70604
Nowhere does it mention LE! Yet my card is similar to the ones described on this board as being LE: there is no fan attached to the heatsink. Now that they are selling an advertised LE version for $32 less, I believe that they should refund the difference.

Is there any way I can get some money back? I purchased it with Visa unfortunately, and not Amex Blue. I called Newegg and they do not offer any kind of pricematch. I heard from someone on this board that people were calling in complaining that they thought it was an OEM version and getting the pricematch with the new price. Has anyone done this?

TO CentralScrutinizer: I was not aware that I had the LE version when I posted the system with the Radeon for sale, or when I posted the WTTF thread. I did not know there was any difference between Radeon cards but I did know that I got an OEM version without the fan. The picture on my system is accurate: I added a fan to the heatsink of the card. From reading further threads about the Newegg.com deal and the Radeon LE's, I now realize that that is probably what I have. I still do not know for certain, so I am trying to get some assistance from this board. I would never knowingly sell something to someone that is less than what I purport it to be. I will certainly update my ad when I find what version of the card I have and even if I had already sold it I would refund the price difference to the buyer. Please do not attack me for my ignorance. I am the one who was dealt an inferior product without knowing it and I will certainly not do the same to others.

But it is a legitimate concern when a company sells something that is advertised as the full version and it turns out it is something less than expected.

If that is the case that you thought that you bought a full version product. And did not receive what they advertised. and they will not make it right then dispute it with your cc company. but if you bought something on one day and the next week its 30.00 bucks cheaper (thats life in the computer game)

Diogenes, I hope your not talking about the LE card that you are now trying to sell by describing it as a "ATI Radeon 32MB DDR" without disclosing it is an LE:

Diogene's Radeon For Sale

Will you refund the purchaser his money when he finds out it is just an LE? By the way, the picture you include of the LE in your ad shows a fan, yet you mention in your post in this thread that it does not come with a fan. LOL!

It also appears that you failed to describe the card as an LE when you were trying to trade it for a GeForce 2:

Trading the LE for a GeForce II

Seems like the pot is calling the NewEgg kettle black.
