I can re-name seperate hard disks easily enough, but can't figure out how to rename the C,D,E&F partitions on my IBM Deskstar 30.7GB
Any ideas...I formatted the drive with the IBM D.M. (Disk manager) program but would like to just re-name in windows if possible?

i suggest getting yourself a copy of partition magic, it comes with a unitility that will change all your drive letters to whatever you want them to be.

In "My Computer" right click on the partition you want to rename, choose Properties and change "Label" to whatever you want to name that partition. That is if thats what you are looking to do. If you are looking to change the drive letters, you can't in Windows 98/95, as far as I know.
